Spectator Safety

Welcome spectators. Please follow the simple rules below the ensure a safe rally for all to enjoy.

Be on alert for rally cars while driving to Spectator Areas. When parking, make certain that you leave room for rally cars and emergency vehicles to pass unimpeded.	Allow plenty of time to reach your selected viewing point
Do not approach dangerous areas. Follow the instructions of marshals who are there for your safety.	Always stay behind the safety tape or barriers.
Do not stand in areas with no means of escape in case of emergency.	Do not get too close to the stage roads. Better and safer viewing is often found from a higher vantage point.
If you notice anything that needs immediate intervention, please inform the closest marshal or radio operator	Remain in your viewing area until the stage is finished. Do not leave until the Sweep vehicle has passed.
Do not interfere with the organisers, cooperate with them. Their primary concern is providing a safe motorsport event for all.

Take a good look at the drawings below! The areas marked in red are restricted. Standing there is very dangerous and there is a great possibility of cancelling the Special Stage.
For your safety and the safety of competitors and officials, we ask that you follow these simple rules:
Stand only in a safe place Stand back from the road Stand on the high side of the road Never stand below the level of the road Keep behind walls or fences Keep clear of rally signs Keep clear of prohibited areas Pay attention at all times Sit back from the edge of the road Avoid blocking escape routes Expect the unexpected
	Listen for approaching cars Leave your dog at home (if you do bring your dog, please leave it in the car) Leave yourself room to move quickly Try to keep behind something solid Keep children under STRICT supervision Do not stand on or cross the road after car '00' has passed - even if there are no cars for a time - there may have been a delay. After the last competition car, the Sweep car with flashing green lights passes indicating that the course is now open and it is safe to leave Please take your rubbish with you Help the Marshals to run a safe Stage Please follow Rally Official's instructions otherwise the Stage will be stopped

RALLYONE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

The Ticket holder attending the Rally and other associated events (Events) hereby acknowledges and agrees as follows: The Ticket holder has read and understood the Conditions of Entry (Conditions) and agrees to be bound by the Conditions; and intends the conditions to have full contractual effect. Where relevant, the Ticket holder and any third party who purchases a ticket on behalf of the Ticket holder ("the third party") each warrant that the third party had the Ticket holder's full authority to act as the Ticket holder's agent for the purposes of buying the ticket and accepting the conditions.

MOTOR SPORT IS DANGEROUS - The Ticket holder is fully aware and recognises that motor sport is inherently dangerous. Entry into and remaining at the Rally controlled by RallyOne and other premises not under the control of RallyOne has a degree of danger and there is a possibility of an accident causing injury, death, property damage or other losses; and it is a condition of entry that the Ticket holder attending the Events enter the Rally, and use the services and facilities of the Rally entirely at their own risk.

RALLYONE NOT LIABLE FOR INJURY - To the extent permitted by law, the Ticket holder attending the Events hereby exclude RallyOne, the Crown in right of the State of South Australia, Confederation of Australian Motorsport Limited (ABN 55 069 045 665) and all other persons including corporations involved in the organisation, conduct, sponsorship and promotion of the Events and including the employees, officers and agents of all the aforementioned from being liable for any loss, damage or injury to person or property incurred directly or indirectly as a result of any motor accidents or any other events whatsoever including but not limited to loss, damage or injury to person or property occurring: at the Rally from the use of the services and facilities at the Rally whether or not the same may be due or alleged to be due to negligence or misconduct on the part of the Ticket holder, a third party, or RallyOne; and in an area not under the control of RallyOne whether or not the same may be due or alleged to be due to negligence or misconduct on the part of the Ticket holder, a third party, or RallyOne.

CHILDREN ARE TO BE SUPERVISED BY ADULTS - The Ticket holder acknowledges that all children attending the Events must be under the supervision of an adult guardian at all times.

SEVERANCE - If anything in these Conditions of Entry is enforceable, illegal or void then it is severed and the rest of the Conditions of Entry remain in force.
