Disclaimer - Conditions of Entry

THE SA MOTOR SPORT BOARD (Board) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

The Ticket holder attending the Rally and other associated events (Events) hereby acknowledges and agrees as follows: The Ticket holder has read and understood the Conditions of Entry (Conditions) and agrees to be bound by the Conditions; and intends the conditions to have full contractual effect. Where relevant, the Ticket holder and any third party who purchases a ticket on behalf of the Ticket holder ("the third party") each warrant that the third party had the Ticket holder's full authority to act as the Ticket holder's agent for the purposes of buying the ticket and accepting the conditions.

MOTOR SPORT IS DANGEROUS - The Ticket holder is fully aware and recognises that motor sport is inherently dangerous. Entry into and remaining at the Rally controlled by the Board and other premises not under the control of the Board has a degree of danger and there is a possibility of an accident causing injury, death, property damage or other losses; and it is a condition of entry that the Ticket holder attending the Events enter the Rally, and use the services and facilities of the Rally entirely at their own risk.

BOARD NOT LIABLE FOR INJURY - To the extent permitted by law, the Ticket holder attending the Events hereby exclude the Board, the Crown in right of the State of South Australia, Confederation of Australian Motorsport Limited (ABN 55 069 045 665) and all other persons including corporations involved in the organisation, conduct, sponsorship and promotion of the Events and including the employees, officers and agents of all the aforementioned from being liable for any loss, damage or injury to person or property incurred directly or indirectly as a result of any motor accidents or any other events whatsoever including but not limited to loss, damage or injury to person or property occurring: at the Rally from the use of the services and facilities at the Rally whether or not the same may be due or alleged to be due to negligence or misconduct on the part of the Ticket holder, a third party, or the Board; and in an area not under the control of the Board whether or not the same may be due or alleged to be due to negligence or misconduct on the part of the Ticket holder, a third party, or the Board.

CHILDREN ARE TO BE SUPERVISED BY ADULTS - The Ticket holder acknowledges that all children attending the Events must be under the supervision of an adult guardian at all times.

SEVERANCE - If anything in these Conditions of Entry is enforceable, illegal or void then it is severed and the rest of the Conditions of Entry remain in force.
